How we use your personal details
Whitmar Publications Ltd wants to be completely transparent about why we need the personal detail we request and how we will use them.
When we will get in touch
We send out marketing emails, email newsletter and printed materials about latest print industry news, events and conferences.
We also send out emails from carefully selected thrid party companies which contain targeted and relevant offers.
We will not share your data
We do not pass the information you provide through to third parties. When third parties use our lists for marketing they do not have access to your data.
Changing your communication choices
If at any time you wish to change how we communicate with you, or update the information we hold, please do get in touch.

What details we ask for and why
When you sign up to receive our email newsletters, printed communications and information about events and conferences we aim to collect the minimum information that is needed to provide these services.
We ask for information on your company both to improve our own understanding of our circulation list and to help ensure that you receive relevant and targeted communications from selected third party companies.
We will ask for some personal information to meet the needs of Audit Bureau of Circulation (ABC). This enables them to audit the accuracy of our data.
At any time, for a payment of a small fee, you can ask for a copy of the data currently held on our systems about you, and allow you to correct it or have it deleted.
If you are aged 16 or under, you will need to get the permission of your parent or guardian before registering to receive email newsletters or other materials from us.
We do not knowingly collect or solicit information from anyone under 16 or knowingly allow such persons to provide us with their personal information without parent or guardian consent.
In the event that we learn that we have collected personal information from anybody aged 16 or under and do not have the consent of a parent or guardian, we will delete that information as quickly as possible.
